The NutraNova Labs Ltd mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by NutraNova Labs Ltd (“NutraNova Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your participation in the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Mobile Terms, do not enrol in or use the Service.

We may update these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Service allows users to receive recurring SMS/text messages from NutraNova Labs Ltd to the mobile number you provide.

COSTS & MESSAGE FREQUENCY

NutraNova Labs Ltd does not charge for the Service.

However:

  • Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.


OPT-OUT & SUPPORT

To unsubscribe at any time:

  • Click the unsubscribe link (if available in the message).

You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages unless you opt back in.

If you are subscribed to multiple messaging programs from NutraNova Labs, you must opt out separately from each program.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You will update your subscription if your mobile number changes.

  • You will not enrol a number that you do not own or have permission to use.

  • You are responsible for ensuring unauthorised individuals do not use your device to interact with the Service.

Enrolling someone else’s number without their permission is prohibited and may be unlawful.


SERVICE & CARRIER DISCLAIMERS

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, and others) are not liable for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages

  • Message errors

  • Network interruptions

NutraNova Labs Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by mobile carriers

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you

  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and service coverage.

The Service may not be available on all carriers or in all regions.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraNova Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses arising from message delays or failures

  • Claims related to reliance on message content

  • Service interruptions or unauthorised access

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue participation.
